Colton Haynes Splits From Husband After 6 Months of Marriage

Colton Hayes has split from his husband Jeff Leatham after only six months of marriage.

US Weekly reports a source close to the newlyweds has confirmed they have decided to end their marriage. The source alleges that Hayes and Leatham had problems for months now.

Their issues reportedly stem from the Arrow actor not feeling like himself and being depressed since he stopped talking to many of his friends after he met Leatham.

“Jeff and Colton have been having relationship issues since a couple months after the wedding. Since Colton stopped talking to a lot of his old friends, he was getting really depressed and didn’t feel like himself,” the insider told US Weekly.

Although neither Hayes nor Leatham have commented on the split, the 29-year-old recently removed the last name Leatham from all of his social media accounts. Plus, both men have unfollowed each on other on all social media platforms, which has added fuel to the breakup fire. Hayes has also removed all photographs of his husband from his accounts, and neither appeared on each other's social media accounts for months, all are signs there is trouble in paradise.

The split rumors heat up less than two months after Hayes lost his mother.

“Today I lost my best friend, the love of my life...my momma. Words can't express how incredible this woman was. I have so many things to say but I'm in a state of shock," Hayes wrote alongside a heartfelt slideshow tribute to his mother Dana.

Colton Hayes and Jeff Leatham reportedly called it quits after six months of marriage. Their whirlwind romance began in early 2017 with Leatham proposing to Hayes in March, only a month after they went public with their romance. In May, Hayes proposed to Leatham and wedding planning began.

They tied the knot in October 2017 with a lavish wedding in Palm Springs. It was attended by some of Hollywood biggest stars including Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello, Melanie Griffith and Chelsea Clinton. Sadly, they will not make it to their first anniversary.
